We are candid about this: our focus is new builds, additions, and ADUs, and we take on full home renovations when the project and the fit are right. Renovation is the least predictable form of construction, because every wall opened can hold a surprise, and it deserves a team with the discipline to manage unknowns honestly. Limiting how many we run at once is how we protect that discipline.

By naming the risks before we start. Renovations carry unknowns by nature, so we identify likely concealed conditions during design, carry honest contingencies, and communicate immediately when something is uncovered.
Can we live in the house during a full renovation?
For a true whole-home renovation, usually not comfortably, and we will tell you honestly what your project's phasing allows during the consultation.
